CHARLOTTESVILLE DIVORCE LAWYER ROB HAGY PRESENTed THE CASE LAW REVIEW AT THE CHARLOTTESVILLE ALBEMARLE BAR ASSOCIATION FAMILY LAW SECTION'S CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM ON MAY 20, 2020.

​Charlottesville Divorce Lawyer Rob Hagy presented the Case Law Review at this year's Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association Family Law Section's Continuing Legal Education Program on May 20, 2020.  This will be the third time that Mr. Hagy has presented at this continuing legal education program.  Previously, Mr. Hagy's presentation was on the subject of "Discovery in Family Law Cases": an updated presentation of a seminar he co-conducted on a state-wide basis for the Virginia CLE Organization.  Mr. Hagy's presentation will cover all of the published opinions of the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court concerning divorce and domestic relations issues between April of 2019 and April of 2020.  For more information on these cases before the presentation, please visit Mr. Hagy's divorce blogs: here and here.
