Charlottesville Divorce Lawyer Rob Hagy will be presenting the Case Law Review at this year's Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association Family Law Section's Continuing Legal Education Program on May 28, 2014.  This will be the second year in a row that Mr. Hagy has presented at this continuing legal education program.  Last year, Mr. Hagy's presentation was on the subject of "Discovery in Family Law Cases": an updated presentation of a seminar he co-conducted on a state-wide basis for the Virginia CLE Organization in December of 2010.  Mr. Hagy's presentation will cover all of the published an unpublished opinions of the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court concerning divorce and domestic relations issues between March 27, 2013 and May 28, 2014.  For more information on these cases before the presentation, please visit Mr. Hagy's divorce blogs: here and here.
